Accelerated-X 5.0.3 Demo problem

My linux box runs Redhat 6.2, XFree86 3.3.6;

I downloaded the AX503 Demo version from xig website, and during the process
of installation I have such problem:

I ran as root,
#gzip -d AX503.Linux.tar.gz
    Run OK, no problem

#tar xvf AX503.Linux.tar
    Lot of error message, soft of "Could not uid 0 uid ...." message.

#sh Install
    Error message of no such command

Please tell me what should I do, for the demo installation.
