I'll second that: In NewsClipper, the author is given first right of
refusal, and failure to comply in a reasonable amount of time is
considered permission to hand the reigns to someone else.
What do you think of the idea of assigning a unique email address to
each doc so the maintainer email can be easily changed without
changing the doc itself?
