I have added more information to this document. This document is to serve
as preliminary information for people until the committee comes out with
there "official" stuff.

It also explains how to submit updates to guides and how to contact the
correct people for HOWTOs and FAQs. It is available from the main Linuxdoc
page under Guides and DocBook.
