Ohh, we had some bad press, and on slashdot no less. I'm horrified!

People complain that our documents are out of date, difficult to use
and sometimes just plain wrong, so we decide we need more publicity and
to go to expos ?

Shouldn't we be addressing the *causes* not the symptoms?
