1.1. Proposed new documents

• Kian Spongsveen proposed to write a Sybase ASE / SQL Server HOWTO which would contain installation and the first steps of basic usage. Real-world known problems one could hit during installation and pointers to further information would also be a part of the HOWTO.
• Ariel Mella proposed to write a HOWTO on integrating Linux services and MS Domains.

• Al Dev's Kernel HOWTO is updated to v6.3.
• The ACPI HOWTO (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) by Emma Jane Hogbin is at v1.2.
• And v0.128 for the Debian Jigdo mini-HOWTO by Peter J. Salzman.
• Reactions are coming in for the Athlon Powersaving HOWTO, v1.01 by Daniel Nofftz.
• We published v2.2.7 of the DocBook XML/SGML Processing Using OpenJade HOWTO by Saqib Ali.
• The Linux Cluster HOWTO by Ram Samudrala is at v1.1
• The Samba Authenticated Gateway HOWTO by Ricardo Alexandre Mattar has been updated to v1.1.1
• Svetoslav Slavtchev's XFree Local Multi-User HOWTO is at v1.1.0
• The ATI R200 + XFree86 4.x mini-HOWTO by Håvard Stranden is at v1.2
• The XFree86 Video Timings HOWTO by Eric Steven Raymond is at v6.4

3.1. TLDP-XSL stylesheets updated

David Horton sent in an update on the TLDP-XSL that he has been working on. His work is available as tldp-xsl-10JUL2003.tar.gz. The major changes since the last update includes producing formatting objects that can be converted into other formats using an FO processor.
